Local Delivery
Tsawwassen & Delta Area
We offer complimentary local delivery for all orders within the Tsawwassen and Greater Delta area. Orders are typically delivered within 2-3 days.
Domestic Shipping
Across Canada
Standard domestic shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination. Please allow 5-7 business days for arrival once your order has been shipped.
Initiating Returns & Exchanges

Check Eligibility: Items must be unused and returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Request a Label: Email our studio with your order number. We will provide a return shipping label for all domestic exchanges.

Pack & Ship: Carefully secure your candles in the original box to prevent transit damage. Once received, refunds are processed within 5 business days.
Logistics FAQ
How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within Canada. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your candle is on its way.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within North America. We are looking into expanding our shipping zones soon—stay tuned for updates!
What happens if my order arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging, but accidents happen. Please email us a photo of the damage, and we will send a replacement immediately.
Can I track my return shipment?
Yes, all returns are processed through our logistics partner, and you will receive a tracking link once your return label is scanned.
